Ric Grover is our producer. He will manage all stages of your project from preproduction (concept development, planning and team formation) to filming and editing. As a cinematographer he brings professionalism, technical knowhow, and a versatile skillset to every shoot. He is hardworking, creative, and enthusiastic, whether collaborating with a large production team, or working as a solo shooter.

In addition to full production services and DP work, Ric also provides professional sound, lighting and aerial services.

Co-owner of Grover Films

Rose Sniatowski is our artistic director and storyteller. She will shape your marketing message into a narrative that will touch your audience’s hearts and minds. She has a strong work ethic, an exceptional attention to detail, and brings artistry and creativity to each of our films. A skilled cinematographer, she brings an artistic eye and a sincere passion for creating beautiful modern imagery to every corporate film we produce. 

Rose is passionate about working on projects with a focus on conservation and environmental issues. 

Josh Knox

Graphic Designer/ Assistant Editor

Josh Knox is our in house graphic designer and assistant editor. He is a wizard with the whole adobe suite! 

He has a keen eye for design, and a dedication to creating clean and clear imagery. His creativity and sense of artistry add a refined touch to our work. 

He especially enjoys projects relating to health and fitness with a fun and fast pace.
